The Fogters lived in "White Church" as we where taught it was called "Weißkirchen" in Austrian Hungary during the 1800's.
And We have documentation from when some of them attended primary school and the local Catholic Church there.

Elizabeth Becker, who married Jacob Fogter would be my
Great Grandmother. She was born about 1852 and died on
26 July 1938 in St. Louis, Mo. She immigrated to the
United States, (1898), after the death of her husband
Jacob Fogter who was born 30 June 1849. Also accompany
her was her daughter Barbara Fogter. Her sons John and
Jacob had already immigrated to the St. Louis, Mo. Area
where she joined them.

  

Jacob (Fogter) Feckter (My Grandfather) born 21 March 1879,
immigrated 15 September 1896 to St. Louis, Mo. He died
20 May 1963.

      (Her Father was Ignatz Becker)
* Children Born where Johannes Focther (28 March
      1874), Barbara Fogter (1878), Jakab Fogter
      (12 March 1879), Josephine (Unknown)
      She Died Early Childhood.
* Half Brother Carl Becker and his wife came to St. Louis
     Area several year before These members of
     the Fogter family.

Herman Feckter, My Father (26 Aug 1908)
married Julia B Kessler and died Feb 1984
in St. Louis Mo. He was one of 7 children
born to Jacob A. & Anna Maria (Ilges) Feckter.

Jacob A. Feckter married Anna Maria Igles 24 May 1904.
Their first child Jacob Feckter born 1905 died 1906.
The same year they had Elizabeth (Wengstrom), Herman
was 1908, Edward was 1912, Barney was 1914, Marie
(Rausch) 1920, Lorriane (Sehr) 1921.

was born, served, and died in
St. Louis Mo. She was one of
nine children born to John &
Antonia (Simer) Feckter.

   

Fr John A. Feckter, her
younger brother, Born of
John Henry Feckter was one
of John's children who also
entered into the service of our Lord.

John Henry Feckter married Antnia Siemer about 1900.
